BAL White Star Plus is a ready-mixed tile adhesive for walls with newly formulated advanced Fibre Strand Technology. It is highly flexible and non-slip, water-resistant and suitable for fixing ceramics, mosaics and small porcelain tiles, as well as some natural stones. BAL White Star Plus is suitable for use in both wet and dry interior environments. Ready to use and easy to apply, it offers extended open-time of more than 30 mins, higher grab and higher bond strength.
BAL White Star Plus Tile Adhesive comes in 10 litre tubs and is ready to use. It has a super-white colour consistency, extended open-time (over 30mins, at 20°c) and sets in 24 hours (at 20°c). BAL White Star Plus Tile Adhesive is suitable for use on the following substrates: Rendering, Clay Brick / Medium Density Concrete, Sheets & Boards, Tile Backer Boards, Plasterboard, Plaster, Glazed Tile & Brick, and Painted Surfaces.
If you are using BAL White Star to fix larger format ceramic tiles (advised up to max. 300x300mm – or equivalent surface area of tile up to 0.09m² i.e. 450x200mm, 600x150mm), or porcelain tiles (up to 150 x 150mm – or equivalent surface area of tile up to 0.0225m²), or fixing onto a non- porous background (e.g. tiles), drying times will be extended.
