How to Use:
- Light stains: Dilute 1:10 with warm water, apply with a mop or cloth, then rinse.
- Stubborn grime: Dilute 1:3, apply, scrub if needed, and rinse after 5-10 minutes.
- Severe cases: Use undiluted, scrub, and neutralise with clean water.
Coverage:
- Mild stains: Up to 75m²
- Medium stains: Up to 50m²
- Heavy staining: Up to 25m²
- Extreme cases: Up to 12.5m²

I'd tried everything on a yellowy/creamy ceramic tiled floor. An industrial scrubbing machine, a wide variety of cleaning products and green kitchen pad on my hands and knees. I still never looked clean. GRIMEX to the rescue. The floor didn't respond much to a well diluted solution, but there were good signs. In for a penny . . . . . . . .Neat Grimex and a deck broom ~ RESULTS. Working on one tile at a time and then a group of 4/5/6 ~ neat Grimex and scrub. The blackness lifted and revealed a different colour tile ~ fabulous results. I started when cleaning the floor with a an ordinary floor cleaner ~ I would attack a bunch of very dirty tiles with GRIMEX and the dirt would lift off with scrubbing. Some places get dirty quite easily (near the cooker or the prep area) but cleaning isn't a problem ~ the floor is no longer an embarrassment. You must be careful using it neat, it is a powerful chemical so show it some respect. Carefully pour a small amount on one tile and get used to it and check its working for you. Spread it a bit wider, but be careful not to splash it about. Clean it all up with a clean wet cloth, rinse and repeat ~ water helps to neutralise it. Extra rinsing is better than not enough. Finish off with washing down with you ordinary floor cleaner. It takes time so don't get too ambitious, start small on the worst tiles and take you time and don't get exhausted and do BE CAREFUL with GRIMEX it is a powerful cleaner and MUST be used with care.

It worked fantastically on my cream outdoor porcelain tiles. I purchased after I pressure washing a few days before but was left with leaf stains that the pressure can’t remove. I’ll try without pressure washing next time. I also bought the long handled scrubbing pad which was made it easy to use.
