Orbry Tile Backer Board Fixing Dowels provide superior anchoring for secure installation of tile backer boards in bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas. These high-quality plastic dowels are specifically designed to create a robust mechanical fixing between backer boards and various wall surfaces including masonry, concrete, and plasterboard.

Each dowel features a tapered design for easy insertion and maximum holding power. The unique flange prevents over-insertion and ensures precise depth control during installation. Compatible with all standard tile backer boards including cement, foam, and gypsum-based options.

These tile backer board fixing dowels come in 4 sizes to cover multiple different thicknesses of boards, and substrates you're fixing your boards to. The sizes available are 60mm, 90mm, 110mm, and 130mm.

Delivery

Delivery times are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Most deliveries leave on Express Delivery for 1 - 3 working day delivery service. A 'working day' is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.

Long Length Items like tile trims will incur a £9.99 delivery surcharge in line with our couriers. This surcharge is automatically added onto your order at the checkout stage.

Special 1 - 2 Day Shipping occurs when an item is sent to you direct from the manufacturer, usually on a next day service. This usually incurs a flat rate shipping charge of £15.99.

Click and Collect

We offer a free Click and Collect service on all stocked items at our main warehouse. Click and Collect orders are available for collection from 08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 hours from your order to when you come and collect. Please wait for and bring your order confirmation paperwork with you. Delivery Damages

It's important that you indicate the damages on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Notify Tile Fix Direct by emailing us or calling our advice line on 0333 320 04 24 if there are any damages or irregularities to your order within 24 hours of delivery.

These are great for holding the backer board to a poor wall, I used them on soft thermalise type blocks and they worked perfectly, however they sit so far proud of the backer board that you need a really thick adhesive layer to tile flat to clear them. I won't be using them again. A real shame because they do their job well.
