Here at Tile Fix Direct we choose to reward our customers who trust us with their projects time and time again. That's why we're giving back, with our Tile Fix points rewards system!
It's really simple - everytime you place an order - you get points. Every pound spent here at Tile Fix Direct gets you a point back in return, and you can use those points off your next order! And as an extra welcome bonus we'll even give you 50 bonus points just for creating an account!
How does it work and how can I redeem my Tile Fix points?
Earn 1 point for every £1 spent at Tile Fix Direct. Your point amount will be worked out from the final total cost of the products on your order (inc VAT), excluding shipping costs. Each point has a value of £0.01 to be spent online at tilefixdirect.com.
You can view your points balance at any time from within the Tile Fix Points widget on the bottom right hand side of the screen. You will need to sign into your account to see your reward balance. Tile Fix Points can only be spent in 100 point (£1) incriments, and once you have 100 or more reward points in your reward account you can choose to either spend them on your next order, or save them up!
To redeem your points, click Get Rewards from within the widget, and then use the slider to choose how many of your points you'd like to redeem. Once selected, these will turn into a discount code to enter at the checkout to redeem your point value. This discount code will appear in the widget, and will also be emailed to your email address.
Terms & Conditions
Each Tile Fix point is worth £0.01 to be spent online at tilefixdirect.com and can only be spent in £1 (100 point) incriments.
Tile Fix points are non transferrable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for any cash value. Ther can only be earned and spent within tilefixdirect.com.
Tile Fix points can be accrued through all purchases made online at tilefixdirect.com. There is no minimum spend to start earning points.
Points are redeemed into discount codes of the same value which can be manually applied to your order as you checkout.
You can choose how many points to redeem (in 100 point incriments). There is no time limit set on when you have to use your points.
Your points won't appear in your account straight away as they are added once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on-route to you.
If points are awarded for an order, and then that order is refunded (fully, partially, or order cancelled), the points awarded for that order will be deducted.
From time to time we may reward points to users who perform certain actions, like liking or sharing our social media (for example). These extra rewards are given entirely at our discretion.
